The restaurant at Palazzuolo Hotel is open every day for lunch and dinner. There are two dining rooms indoors as well as a large terrace with views of the Valdorcia and Montalcino.
Our chefs prepare typical Italian food with particular care and attention to the tasty and traditional Tuscan dishes.
Much care is taken over the choice of the raw materials; the fresh meat, vegetables, bread and cheese not only taste delicious, they are chosen knowledgably and are for the most part organically produced locally. Much of the produce used in the kitchen such as oil, wine, vinegar and jam come from the Simonelli-Santi family farms in San Quirico d’Orcia and Castiglion d’Orcia – synonyms of freshness and extremely high quality.
We advise our guests to try our homemade pasta: gnocchi, tagliatelle and of course ‘I pici’ typical pasta from the province of Siena and the Valdorcia in particular.
On the wine list you will find all the great reds from the Province of Siena:- Brunello from Montalcino and Nobile from Montepulciano which are famous all over the world as well as a selection of excellent wines from other regions of Italy.
It is possible to buy the locally produced produce from the family farms such as the cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, wine and jam.
