Terrazza Palazzuolo Restaurant welcomes guests every day for both lunch and dinner in an authentic and relaxed atmosphere in the heart of the Val d’Orcia.

During the warmer months, the elegant indoor dining rooms are complemented by a spacious panoramic terrace overlooking the rolling hills of the Val d’Orcia and the town of Montalcino, creating a truly unforgettable dining experience.

Our menu features traditional Italian cuisine alongside authentic Tuscan specialities, prepared with carefully selected seasonal ingredients. Meat, vegetables, bread and cheeses are sourced primarily from local producers and selected organic farms.

Among the dishes not to be missed are our homemade pasta and the traditional Pici, the iconic pasta of Siena and the Val d’Orcia, perfectly paired with an excellent selection of local wines, including Brunello di Montalcino, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Orcia DOC.

Many of the ingredients used in the kitchen of Terrazza Palazzuolo Restaurant come from the Simonelli Santi Winery, a family-owned estate deeply rooted in the Val d'Orcia. Extra virgin olive oil, wines, vinegar and preserves are carefully selected to ensure authenticity, freshness and outstanding quality in every dish, celebrating the genuine flavours of Tuscany. Guests can also discover the region through guided tastings of local wines and traditional products, an experience that reveals the aromas, flavours and traditions of this unique corner of Tuscany.
