The Restaurant of Hotel Palazzuolo is open every day for lunch and dinner and it has two dining rooms indoors as well as one Panoramic Terrace overlooking the Val d’Orcia and to Montalcino.
Our Chef proposes dishes of typical Italian Cuisine as well as the traditional Tuscan Cuisine, with particular care and attention to flavours, accompanied by renowed Regional Wines, such as Brunello di Montalcino, Nobile di Montepulciano and Orcia Wine DOC.
Much care is taken over the choice of the raw materials to have meats, vegetables, bread and cheeses, not only taste delicious, but chosen from knowledgably picking. Many of these are organically produced locally and brought from Filiera Corta. Furthermore, many products used in our Restaurant such as Oil, Wine, Vinegar and Jams are produced from the Azienda Agricola Simonelli Santi, synonyms of freshness and extremely high quality. You can also purchase them at the Oil Mill of the family.
We suggest to our Guests to try our homemade pasta: Gnocchi, Tagliatelle and of course “Pici“, the local typical pasta of the province of Siena and the Val d’Orcia in particular.
