Within the administrative district of San Quirico d’Orcia, we also find the Castle of Vignoni and the renomated thermal village of Bagno Vignoni with its unique thermal pool in the centre of the village.
From here it is also possible to visit the two symbols of the Valdorcia and indeed Tuscany, the Chapel of Vitaleta can be seen from the main road to Pienza and the “Clump of Cypress” trees can be seen along the Cassia (SS2) between San Quirico and Montalcino.
