Territory of the val d’orcia and surroundings

The destiny of the land is united of Via Cassia, the romaine street which connected Siena to Rome, where history is the mistress throughout centuries to discover the Tuscany that everyone looking for and dream. Within the administrative district of San Quirico d’Orcia, we also find the Castle of Vignoni and the renomated thermal village of Bagno Vignoni with its unique thermal pool in the centre of the village.

From here it is also possible to visit the two symbols of the Valdorcia and indeed Tuscany, the Chapel of Vitaleta can be seen from the main road to Pienza and the “Clump of Cypress” trees can be seen along the Cassia (SS2) between San Quirico and Montalcino.
